Max Moldavsky serves as the Global Director of Innovation and Climate Solutions at Netafim, where he spearheads the integration and introduction of cutting-edge solutions in precision irrigation, digital farming, and climate-smart agriculture. Under his leadership, Netafim is pioneering new climate financing solutions for farmers worldwide, incentivizing the adoption of carbon-reducing practices. Before joining Netafim, Max held several roles in management consulting, including Director of Strategy. Max earned a Bachelor of Science and a Master of Engineering in Industrial Engineering and Management from the Technion-Israel Institute of Technology.
