Claudia Zaccari
Claudia Zaccari is a Senior Project Analyst at the Alliance of Bioversity International and CIAT, working on the CGIAR Accelerate for Impact Platform–a venture-focused R&D initiative bridging science and entrepreneurship to develop solutions at the nexus of agriculture, environment, and health. She leads accelerator activities and innovation challenges in the Middle East and North Africa, supporting early-stage, science-based innovations in sustainable agriculture and climate action. Claudia also works to build pipelines of funders, investors, and strategic partners to strengthen public-private collaboration and maximize impact. She holds an MA in International Development with a focus on sustainable food systems from the University of Edinburgh and previously worked on agricultural trade and development projects linking African agribusinesses with European entrepreneurs.
