Adair Gallo is the co-founder and CEO of Terraxy, a pioneering Saudi-based startup specializing in arid-land soil innovation. Terraxy has developed Carbosoil, a potent soil amendment solution designed to build permanent and fertile soils. During his Ph.D. studies at King Abdullah University of Science and Technology, Adair, alongside his advisor, Himanshu Mishra, focused on developing soil amendment technologies aimed at enhancing plant growth in the poor sandy soils of the desert. This research laid the foundation for Terraxy, which now stands at the forefront of innovative solutions for arid-land agriculture, greening and landscaping.
